TERMS
AND CONDITIONS

 Blissfully
Clean 100% guarantee, that, if you are not satisfied with our service, please
tell us within 24 hours and we will return as soon as possible to rectify the
problem at no extra cost.

All our staff
are employed so you have no worries over National Insurance, PAYE and Employers
Liability.

Staff will not
eat or drink in your home and all our staff sign a confidentiality agreement
which prevents them disclosing any information about you and your home.
Blissfully Clean believe that your privacy is paramount and train all our staff
to respect your privacy.

Services

We offer a free
quotation, this involves a member of the management team coming out to your
home or business. The service we provide will be tailor made to suit your needs.

We can plan your
service to include house keeping rolls such as, washing, ironing,pegging out of
washing, changing bedding and cooking.

Working Hours

Mon-Fri  8am till 5pm

Please note that
we do not work weekends but if your regular clean falls on a Bank Holiday this
will continue as normal. Extended hours may be considered in special
circumstances.

Health & Safety

The majority of
our team work individually, however, should you require heavy items of
furniture moving two members of staff will be required. No member of the team
should use ladders.

We ask that
unless necessary Bleach and abrasive products are not used.

We ask that all
electrical items are safe and up to date in your home.

We carry out a
risk assessment for every job and must be made aware of potential dangers. Are
training and work ethic complys with up to date health and safety regulations.
All staff have regular monthly meetings to go through training and health and
safety.

Health & Safety your Obligation

Please provide
us with a safe working environment e.g. safe electrical appliances, securely
fixed wardrobes, cupboards, shelves etc.

Please inform us
of anything that may cause harm or injury to a member of our staff.

Security

All managers are
CRB checked and responsible for holding keys. Managers will be responsible for
ensuring that these are kept safe.

Our staff are
all insured and fully vetted.

 

Customer Care

All clients will
be issued with a Blissfully Clean Handbook once on board, this covers; Managers
Contact Details, Health & Safety, Cleaner Expectation, Domestic Cleaning
Tips and Natural Cleaning Products.

We will treat
your home/premises with the up most care. All our staff are made fully aware of
customer confidentiality, any breach will result in instant dismissal.

Our Prices

Prices will be
given when we provide a free quotation. Clients will always be advised of any
increase.

Cleaning prices
are subject to an annual review.

Once cleaning
prices are agreed a monthly invoice will be issued at the end of each month.

Payment is requested 7 days of this invoice. Please note that only
in special circumstances will we accept cash.

Accepted methods
of payment include;

  • Monthly Cheque
  • S/O
  • Bank Transfer

Cancellations

Please give us 3
days notice of any cancellations, this will avoid any cancellation charge.

Our cancellation
charges are dependant on the notice given; 2 days 25%; 1 day 33%; same

day 50%; upon
arrival 100%.

Holidays

We understand
that throughout the year you will go away we honour 2 weeks and will hold your
day till you return, if you will be away for longer periods through the year
and wish to hold you cleaner and the day of week that best suits you we ask for
a small charge 10% of your regular clean price.

In the event
that a your cleaner is away we will cover, so
there is no disruption to your regular clean.

Contracts

There is no
contract for the standard Domestic Clean, Eco- Friendly and Pro-biotic Clean.

Insurance

We have Public
Liability Insurance (1,000,000) and Employer’s Liability Insurance (10,000,000)
we have this in place to protect you and our staff.

Your Obligation

During the
period and for a period of 12 months after the termination of this agreement,
the client wil not employ any staff member that has been employed by Blissfully
Clean. Blissfully Clean reserve the right to claim any damages, loss of
earnings, recruitment costs, training costs and any courts costs were
appropriate subject to a minimum £250.
